Opening a Zoom window and utilizing a note-taking app on the other side of your screen for minute taking. Option 3: Use a keyboard command to switch between apps.Option 2: Have two monitors or two devices available.You can position the note-taking app one one side of the screen, and the Zoom chat window on the other. Option 1: Have a Zoom window and a note-taking app window open side-by-side.

To maintain confidentiality and privacy, we ask students to log off of their NVC and students accounts (Canvas, email, etc.) when they leave the center. Students must not save any work to the hard drive. To prevent loss of work, we ask students to save all their work on their own personal storage device/service (USB, Dropbox, cloud, google drive, etc.). The computers in the ATC are set for Deep Freeze nightly. DSPS is not responsible for personal items, backpacks, or textbooks left behind or unattended in the ATC. The computers are monitored by DSPS staff. The computers and printers in the ATC are for school and course work only.
Students need to be courteous to other students studying in the center.
No talking or cell phone use in the center. Student must sign in before entering the ATC. Students must have an open file in DSPS and also be currently enrolled in classes at Napa Valley College to use the ATC.
